resexamprep.com is a free, ad-free, login-free study companion for the Singapore Real Estate Salesperson (RES) Examination administered by the Council for Estate Agencies (CEA).
I built it while preparing for my own RES exam — Paper 1 and Paper 2, October 2025 sitting (which I failed both of), now aiming for July 2026. The notes are how I make sense of land law, contract law, CEA regulations, marketing rules, HDB policies, stamp duties, and financing — written for me, then shared.

Who built it
One person — a working parent of three preparing for the RES while juggling a full-time job and aging parents. The site has no team, no investor, no sponsor. It exists because I needed it.
